I love this braiser. The 3.5qt is the perfect size for someone who lives alone. The braiser is durable and easy to clean. The deep teal is BEAUTIFUL and I am so sad that they are discontinuing the color. These pieces can be costly but you get what you pay for and these pieces will probably out live me.

I have been coveting this braiser for a couple of years. The teal is a beautiful color and addition to my kitchen. Something that I didn't need, but really wanted! It is an absolutely beautiful piece and I love cooking in it. Sears beautifully, works great for long braises, and clean up is a breeze. Highly recommended!

I love the color (Deep Teal) of the braiser and the 3.5qt is a perfect size for family cooking. And it looks ideal for putting on the table. Since I own other Le Creuset pieces I know this will be easy to clean, hold heat well, and last a lifetime.The interior of lid and bottom are in flawless condition. As many have mentioned the used braiser can arrive with scratches on the rim of the top piece and mine did as well. But they weren't all the way thru the color coat so I decided I can live with it not being perfect. . There's not an outlet close to me and the savings were significant. Speaking of which the prices seem to go up and down and as I write this review it's $40 more than I paid a week ago.

My wife loves this. It's her primary cooking piece now. She uses it every day for a variety of purposes. It's very well made and should last more than a lifetime, being something you can hand down to your loved ones some day. I know it is pricey but given the many years of use it will provide it can be quite economical in the long run.

The product looks good, but I was charged $90 (!?!?!!) for taxes and customs fees before it was delivered. It’s crazy not to be notified of that before buying the item.

Ich habe bereits Töpfe, Aluminiumpfannen, Gusseiserne Pfannen etc. von Le creuset und bin wirklich immer wieder begeistert von Verarbeitung und Qualität.Mit dem Profitopf liebäugele ich schon länger, bisher bremste mich doch immer der Preis aus. Als ich ihn dann über WarehouseDeals vergünstigt bekam, konnte ich nicht widerstehen.Und ich habe den Kauf nicht bereut. Die 30cm Fläche sind ideal sowohl für Schmorgerichte, Currys oder einfach auch um Schnitzel zu braten. Tatsächlich ist dieser Hybrid zwischen Pfanne und Topf multifunktional verwendbar.Tolle gusseiserne Qualität mit sauberer Emaillebeschichtung. Dadurch könnte man ihn sogar in die Spülmaschine packen. ;-)Bewusst sollte einem auf jeden Fall das höhere Gewicht sein. Für Ältere oder Menschen mit schwachen Handgelenken könnte das tatsächlich ein Problem sein.Dafür gibts aber keinen Abzug, da das der Gusseisenverarbeitung geschuldet ist und kein Qalitätsmanko sondern eher das Gegenteil.Fazit: tolle Pfanne /Topf für so ziemlich alles und am Ende wäre es auch den Originalpreis wert gewesen. Ich denke den kann ich noch meinen Enkeln vererben, wenn er mir zu schwer wird ;-)
