I like this toy for our toddler! I tried to take photos that I was looking for and didn’t see you when I was shopping, just hoping it helps other parents. I’m trying to show the flexibility and the materials of the tape measure, (flexible, soft, safe), as well as the accuracy of the measurements. When you pull it all the way out as you’ll see in the picture, the measurements end and it stays no matter how far you pull it out. To roll it up you must manually turn the crank knob. I took a photo of the measurements held up against a friskers ruler that I have, and as I hope the picture shows, the measurements are pretty accurate. Overall, they’re very accurate, with the exception of the 1st inch. Depending on where the rigid plastic is attached to the tape it’s self, it might be a little bit short like minus. Still, I like this toy because it safe, creative, durable, and educational. Were using it to help a toddler role-play and play pretend Carpenter, and to learn about measurements.gI took a photo of the measurements held up against a friskers ruler that I have, and as I hope the picture shows, the measurements are pretty accurate. A gift for our grand daughter. It won’t cut or the tape won’t spring back hard. It is a good product for young children.

This is bigger than a real one. My 2 year old likes it, but he also needs help rolling it up. It doesn’t just roll up itself. It also makes a loud clacking noise while it rolls up. It’s fun, but not life like.

Heavily used by my kid - enjoyed measuring everything and would think to go to it if needing a measuring device. The scale is not precise, but that's utterly besides the point. Pulls out with a click click click and then cranks back in. Would recommend for 2-6 y.o. depending on your kid's personality.

Great gift! Good for motor skills. My nephew is younger and likes to roll and unroll the tape. When he's older he can use with his dad.

My 2.5 year-old daughter loves to play with her dad's tape measure, but we worry she'll hurt herself with it, so I went to Target to try and find some sort of Handy Manny/Bob the Builder kit for her. I was shocked that I couldn't find anything like that. So I searched around online to try and find some play version for her.The tool kits seemed to all be lacking in tape measures, which I thought was a little odd, so I just tried to find something that would be affordable and durable. When I added this item to her wishlist, it was around ten bucks. But then the price went down a couple of dollars, so I went ahead and ordered it.In hindsight, I think I probably should have just bought a keychain/smaller version of the tape measure my husband already has. This thing is large, plastic, kind of cheaply made, and doesn't seem like it's going to last very long. I can tell that, with a hard yank at the end of the tape, she'll probably break it or get it stuck. It's also difficult for her to wind up, and even pull out. Over time, I know she'll get accustomed to it, but my main concern is that, she loves it SO much, that if it breaks I'm just going to have to keep replacing it.Overall, her happiness is most important, and she's very happy with having her own tape measure. I do wish it were a tiny bit smaller, and a little easier to roll back. The educational value, I have yet to determine if there is one. I guess eventually she will learn to measure things?

I can't count the number of times my toddler has pulled the tape measure out and rolled it back up, and it still works like new!

Wish it were a bit smaller but my kids love playing with it. Perfect for 4 and 5 years old.

Que no tiene todos los números hasta el 100, querÃamos uno para que le ayudara a memorizar los números, truena mucho al regresar la cinta pero es buen producto
