I bought this item to cover the seat of an office chair that had peeled off. So far the product has stayed in place and performs as stated. It was easy to put on. Seems to be durable. Could have used a wider option, the size of a standard office chair.

It’s near perfect enough for me and it saved my couch! My dog punctured a hole and she wanted to finish the job before I got home. Didn’t feel like paying for help to dispose my couch and spend $$$ on a new couch. Had enough material to prevent the other seat from the same fate. So happy I saved $2,000+ in time and money, and that was a cheap couch replacement. It is hard to wrap around rounded edges, but that’s not the products fault. It’s a patch, not a perfect replacement. I was worried about the adhesion, but it seems fine. I plan to add super glue if it starts to peel, which it doesn’t look like it will. As far as durability, it is soft but strong so it has a nice feel. I will take this over buying a new couch any time.

It pulled off when trying to adjust it. It's ok but I'll have to replace it with another leather panel soon.

I used this leather sheet to surface a nice Queen Anne drop leaf table that supports some nice radio and electronic gear. This leather surface prevents movement of a Morse code keyer. It looks and feels very nice. It is important to shape the piece precisely so when applying by slowly removing the adhesive back cover, the covering is exact to the edges, in my case the maker's classic OGee router shaping of the solid mahogany leaf. To ease handling, I cut a general piece from the roll with a scissor. Placing the piece face down, a blue chalk was used to trace the prominent edge of one leaf. I used the factory edge matched to the long straight (hinged) leaf edge. A single edge razor blade was used against a separate hard surface to fine cut the final leaf shape. The resulting surface is quite nice, this is not faux but real leather. It can be adjusted after applying to press out air pockets. The factory edge assures accurate placement if the patterns if cut PRECISELY. I did one table section at a time.

This repair patch turned amazing, way better than expected. This is a big chair that my dog uses to jump on and off her cart by the window all the time. With time the PU material peeled and looked unsightly. I was ready to dispose of this chair, when I was told about this material. It was very simple to follow: Clean, cut, peel, stick. Voila, done for a fraction of a the cost of reupholstering! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
