I was disappointed after installation it didn’t light and I contacted them they ask me to send a test proof it was sent but nothing happened the keep playing delaying game until the return date passed I have it home and don’t know what to do with it.

I have a Hisense Roku 75†model# 75R6E1The light strips did not hook up. Also my light strips have 8 lights on each strip. these only have 6. Not sure if that would have mattered or not. But I had to return them cause I couldn’t hook them up.
