It arrived in good condition, no rips or tears in the foam. It's vacumm compacted inside of plastic and it expands to its full size pretty quickly. It's pretty cool to watch the transformation.The zipper might be difficult for some people when it comes time to put it back on after washing. It's a lightweight plastic zipper. As you can see in the photo I didn't quite get the teeth lined up after doing a trial run unzipping it all around and zipping it back up. We'll see how it holds up.The leg strap is elastic and covered in the same plush material. So it is comfortable. I have thinner legs than average, so it is loose around my leg. It is about 4-4 1/2" thick.

This has helped me lay on my side without cramping in my legs or my bottom leg falling asleep. Unfortunately, the strap is fixed. It is elastic but you have to pull it up over your foot. My back is sometimes out and reaching my foot is very painful. It would have been better if the strap had a velcro or some other kind of closure so I could just strap it on/off. Getting up in the middle of the night and dealing with it in the dark is really frustrating. Other than that it works great.It comes with an additional cover and a tote bag for travel. I don't need that but at least you can remove the cover and wash it on occasion.

I really like the tapered shape of this pillow. It stays in place, but the taper shape means it doesn't get caught up in the sheets as you roll over. I don't use the band that holds it to your leg, even though I've tried it and it works well, I've found I simply don't need it. As I lay on one side it stays in place, when I roll to my back, it lies between my legs and in the night when I roll back to my side (or the other side, it somehow stays in place.It does what it is supposed to do and I like the taper. Also, it comes with an extra cover which is nice.

This knee cushion is well made with high quality, comfortable, durable materials. However, to completely relieve my back pain, I ended up needing a full length pillow to reach to my feet. While a longer pillow is critical for my back, it is very cumbersome and gets caught in my bed covers whenever I turn over. It is very annoying. I suggest trying this product first with hopes it will be enough for you. With it you can rollover without any trouble or waking. Sellers: I wish you could design a similar quality product that is longer but not too bulky to get stuck in bed linens when turning over in bed.

I think this probably is a really good product. I'm short and overweight; it just felt uncomfortable and not well sized for my legs. I might do better with something thinner and less dense, but still formed to cradle between my two legs.

Me gusta mucho que traiga una listón para asegurar el cojÃn entre las piernas y asà no se cae ni se mueve, aunque uno cambie de posición. El cojÃn es muy útil para dormir de lado y descomprimir las vértebras. Verdaderamente uno descansa al usarlo cuando uno está recostado.
