HOW TO USE
- Gently shake the bottle and spray each flange once, 1-2 inches from the shield.
- There is no substitute for properly sized flanges. Please consult with a lactation professional and/or your doctor if you are experiencing nipple pain or damage.

I use this along with the sunflower pills (same brand name). They both have saved me from giving up breastfeeding and pumping due to extreme pain and mastitis. I use this spray for my elvie pumps. One spray is MORE than enough per pump, per session. It makes a WORLD of difference in the comfort level when it comes to pumping which in return allows me to relax. The more relaxed you are the longer you pump, the more milk you produce. I will continue to buy this until my very last day that I pump. I wish I knew about this from day one that I pumped. It would have saved me from having a lot of pain.- P.S. : yes it is a bit oily. After every use I do wash my pumps with a pencil tip amount of soap and filtered water and it gets most of the remaining oil off of the pump after every session :)

I purchased this to help with nipple friction while pumping. It does make it extremely more comfortable and provides a tighter seal to produce a better suction. I didnรขโฌโขt find that it altered the consistency or taste of the milk. It does make the flange a little bit oily but with dapple bottle soap it wipes clean without an issue. I also do like that the ingredients are certified organic and not a bunch of random chemicals thrown together. This is a must purchase if you have elastic nips.

Was debating whether or not to give this a try and I am so happy I did. I don't know how I went so long pumping without it. It cuts down on pull and discomfort so much and even helps the milk slide down into the pump easier.Would definitely recommend to any sore mama's or just give it a try in general. The added moisturizing is a nice bonus as well.

Do not pump without this spray. An absolute lifesaver for any pumping mom, whether exclusively or just as needed- the comfort it provided made a huge impact on the already very difficult job.

My nipples were very sore so I got this to help my pumping journey . I hate how it sprays ! It doesnรขโฌโขt help me pumping but you could just use coconut oil to be honest . I expected more .
