The Kalimba thumb piano surprised me by how nice it sounds and how easy it is to play. Playing random keys can sound beautiful since they are all in the same key. It is perfectly tuned, but appears to be easy to tune using a free tuning app on your phone and the included tuning hammer.

I simply couldn't believe how nice this little Kalimba was for the price I paid. It's read wood with a cute and artistically carved cat on her front. Smoothly and beautifully carved. The tone of the instrument was another nice surprise. Especially for its size. I couldn't believe how melodic and clear the tone of the sound is. I highly recommend buying one of these as gifts for both children and adults! Also, get one for yourself!

Sounds perfect, great for beginners or experienced players. Has the holes on the back and everything, tuning hammer, even little finger covers although they are too small for my fingers as an adult lol. Love the design as well!

Cute design, made for a great present. Sounds nice, not sure what a more costly would sound like though. Easy to hold and play.
