I have been looking at this Lenox pattern for years but had difficulty in finding the serving pieces to match from one source. I finally took the plunge and purchased a complete set. It is absolutely gorgeous on my dining room table!

I started purchasing my Lenox Autumn China one five piece setting at a time from Amazon back in 2005, and I'm just now getting around to reviewing it. This is the crème de la crème of fine china in my opinion, but of course I'm biased about that because I love it as much today as I did when I first saw it years ago.The craftsmanship and quality of each piece of this lovely China is apparent in the attention to details like the hand-enameled raised dots along the outer band and in the central overflowing basket design on each piece. I'm attaching some photos so you can see how perfect each piece looks and see the painstaking workmanship of these pieces.This China looks gorgeous when used and makes an elegant statement in my china cabinet when not in use. The manufacturer states that they're dishwasher safe, but I've always washed mine by hand simply because I've been afraid that they might bump against each other or something else in the dishwasher and get chipped or broken. Lenox does offer a lifetime replacement warranty if something were to happen, but I've never had to use it.Each setting comes individually wrapped in plastic with padding between each piece and packed in a Lenox China box. I've moved several times during the course of owning this China and I've repacked it back into the original boxes before the boxes went into dish packs and have never had a piece get broken (so far), so the boxes are a good thing to hold onto. In addition to gradually buying enough place settings I've also purchased serving bowls and other pieces to go along with the set. I'm very happy with this China and definitely recommend it.

You get precisely what you expect from a 125 year old truly all American company. Outstanding craftsmanship and quality. Worth every penny. Lenox has been on my family's table throughout the 20th Century right beside glorious American crafted furnishings. They have also been used in the White House, undergoing individual designs per each president. This particular design goes back to when my parents were married prior to WWII and lined their holiday tables always. Your can feel the pattern beneath your fingers and the exquisite ornamentation is there to stay, however you must hand wash only as the gold plating will erode under the pressure and temperature of the dishwasher. I ordered four extra sets. They arrive in Lenox boxes surrounded by 'peanut' cushioning within larger cardboard boxes and each plate and cup are individually wrapped in its own secure wrapping. I do believe that I could have tossed the boxes around without having injured a single service. The four boxes came in a single large box which was light enough for me to pick up and I'm no Tarzan (well, Jane thinks I am but she's delusional). I store them in their wrappings for safe keeping. It is a shame that America can no longer claim hundreds of outstanding craftsman operations such as this. You will know immediately that these were NOT made in China or anywhere else.

I’ve been wanting this pattern for a long time and finally bought a few sets when they were on sale. They are just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. Waiting for them to go on sale again so I can buy a few more sets!

At first glance it seemed small and I was going to return it. I decided to plate a couple dishes with it and… well … It is hands down one of my favorites.Everything I plate in it seems to be instantly photo worthy. Even hard to photo plates like Cabbage Rolls look great.It’s probably the most expensive bowl I own, but the detail is truly stunning to look at!
