This is a great charger that is easy to use and store. It's even good value for the money. It's perfect for my needs. Well made and functional. Very happy with the quality of this charging cable. Great for outdoor and indoor use.

This is really a 3.5 star review. I got this charger to replace the OEM BMW unit that came with my EV. As that OEM unit was rated for 10A for a standard Level 1 home outlet, it would take way longer to charge than at 12A.This new charger is pretty good, super easy to use, basically plug-and-play and selection of the amperage is simple.Now, where am I deducting 1.5 stars from?- 0.75 stars because the charger doesn't come with a wall-mount, or at least my unit did not.- 0.75 stars because the NEMA 5-15 plug is not a right-angle plug. If there's not going to be a wall-mount included, a manufacturer should assume that a user is simply going to plug the unit in and let it hang. If the plug was a right-angle plug, there would be much less stress on the outlet and plug itself.

I don’t know what happened. It was great and then one day I plugged it in and it didn’t work. There was a red flashing from the lights and according to the website it’s a defect.
