First, Amazon was amazing with my issues on this set. My review is in regard to the TV itself and LG.The short version is: don’t buy this tv if horizontal and vertical light banding will bother you (picture attached). I spoke with LG directly about this and they say that this is caused by the wave guide technology they use in the panel and nothing can be done. Any time there is a bought scene and camera pan, these lines will reach out and smack you in the face.This experience has turned me away from LG for my consumer electronics needs.

I absolutely love this television. The picture is so clear the sound is great. I love the fact that you can go from regular channels to streaming channels. The only drawback is it's hard to find the Alexis. On the television, you have to use the phone remote.
