I'm trying to learn / teach myself how to play the alto sax and a coworker friend suggested I get a cleaning kit like this for the instrument. It came with a bunch of things I don't have any use for, but it's great bang for the buck and really easy to use the microfiber pads. The quality and durability so far seem great as well!

Use after every time i play. Save the cost of replacing pads, by keeping the horn dry inside. Easy to use great quality. Only takes a few minutes to clean the horn.

My son is a trumpet player but decided to give the saxophone a try, alto saxophone. I was excited to get this kit because I saw how many items came in the package and figured they would make cleaning the instrument easier and a bit more, fun.I did not know what all the items were used for, but the instructions and pictures were easy to follow. The materials used are fitting as they work well with the instrument and are easy to clean after being used. They seem sturdy enough to get a good number of usage out of. A plus for me is the storage case that holds all the cleaning items.
