My lab loves this! This was currently rimmed with peanut butter, added a couple of blueberries and carrots, then frozen with water. Love this for a healthy treat option! I have used a microwaved egg (then cooled) as another option. Also plain peanut butter/buddy butter works! This keeps her entertained while providing great enrichment and nutrition. I also love that it’s dishwasher safe! Gotta keep those germs away. 10/10!!!*the chomped part was from a different dog. My lab is a tough chewer and she never torn it up.

I thought that this Yoggie Pot lick mat was a little pricy, but I'm glad that I eventually broke down and ordered one for a try.I like giving my dog's healthy treats that I know will agree with them while strengthening their immunities and increasing their health and energy. I also try to present food in a variety of ways to my Border Collie pup, as he is motivated by novelties and food, and constantly craves mental simulation. Licking has been shown to curb boredom in canines, and is considered to be a calming activity for canines, according to dog behavioral scientists. The Yoggie Pot is an excellent way to provide all of these benefits, and my dog loves it!The inside of the silicon Yoggie Pot has smooth raised 'bumps' lining the sides of the interior. There is also a raised star shape on the bottom. I use a dull knife to evenly spread various healthy food substances over the bumps that I buy or create myself in a blender. It is fun to experiment with foods and food concoctions that are on the online safe foods list for dogs as approved by vets, in order to discover my pup's favorite snacks. (It is necessary, however, to follow the guidelines for correct proportioning as recommended by veterinarians!) I give these healthy treats as a refreshing snack in lieu of store-bought treats in-between the two main meals of the day.Examples of some of my pup's favorite ingredients for the Yoggi Pot include: pure canned pumpkin without the spices, unsweetened organic applesauce, Danon plain, full-fat yogurt, organic, low sugar and low sodium peanut butter with zero xylitol (toxic to dogs) in the ingredients list, cream cheese or cottage cheese, smashed banana, pureed carrots or green beans, pureed blueberries or raspberries, mashed sweet potatoes, brown rice. Babyfood can replace any of these. There are many other possibilities from the lists of approved foods for dogs but, if in doubt about any food, it's best to confirm the safetiness of it with your pet's vet to be certain.At the time I ordered a Yoggie Pot, I wondered if it was going to be messy, but messy it was not. My puppy carefully and thoroughly licked every nook and cranny of it, leaving behind no food or mess on himself or on our carpet! The activity indeed helps to calm him down and refocus him during moments of boredom when he is caught roaming around to find something to get into. It also makes a satisfying noontime snack for him as I am sitting down to eat lunch.

This product is great! I love the design of it and that it’s dishwasher safe. It’s easy to use and my dog loved it! However, it is easy for a dog to tear it and ingest it. My dog is a light chewer, I left him unattended for 5ish min and I came back to him tearing it up and eating the actual material. Warrented a trip to the vet and expensive x ray.

My dog loves regular licky mats and I was looking for something else I could use for freezer treats. I really like this one because it's fairly durable, although I did have to teach her not to chew it, and it freezes without me having to worry about putting it in a bag or covering it before putting it in the freezer (my freezer generally stays full). I've used it with doggy spray cheese (kong) and with peanut butter. You only have to use a tiny amount and it keeps my dog occupied for a good amount of time. It's easy to use and fill, holds up to light chewing, and was overall a good purchase without breaking the bank. Highly recommend if you have a dog that needs a good distraction every once in a while.

Product is easy to use. I put treats, dog food, yogurt, broth or water and freeze. Throw them in the kennel with the dog and they have something to entertain themselves all day. Dogs seem to enjoy them.

Larger than expected. Holds a good portion. The piece in the center helps make it challenging and entertaining for dogs. Easy to put in the dishwasher for convenient cleaning. I’ve been using the West Paw Topple for a while to freeze snacks for my dog, or put his meal in as I feed him a partial raw diet. However like most people I struggled with the hole in the side and how it didn’t allow you to put any items with liquids or juices to them in it. It could make quite a mess if you didn’t figure out how to plug the hole. There’s even a whole market around items just for plugging that hole! This is great as it solves that problem by just not having the hole to begin with. It holds at about the same amount of contents as the largest Topple. My dog chews on it quite a bit around his meal and it’s held up without issue. I feel fine leaving him alone with this. However, I’m sure a very strong chewer could destroy it if they were determined and left alone.

I fill this up with plain yogurt embedded with smaller treats then freeze. Keeps my dog busy for a decent amount of time and he seems to like it. In regards to chewing, seems obvious but when the contents are gone you need to take it away from your pet or it will get chewed up....as stated in the instructions! My dog destroys everything but will lick the food out of here before deciding to chew up the pot :)

My dog and I love this enrichment toy!The silicon is thick making it durable and sturdy. I don’t have to worry about it tipping over in the freezerOn the smaller size. Fits about 1/2 cup of food.Easy to clean. I put it in the dishwasher no problem.Takes my dog about 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Ich habe mir den Yoggie Pot nun schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt. Für meine Hündin (Rottweiler) ist es ein perfektes Enrichment Tool. Das Material ist auch dick genug und stabil, dass es beim drauf rum kauen nicht sofort kaputt geht, wie es bei unseren Schleckmatten vorher der Fall gewesen ist.

Despite the appallingly delivery by AMAZON where the package was just slung over the gate. The actual product is brilliant and has my doggy entertainment for hours, the texture is excellent, and the perfect size for my miniature Dachshund’s rather long nose. It’s nice and bendy so he can get into the endless nooks and crannies. It’s easy to fill with various wet and dry doggy goodies, which will certainly keep him entertained whilst we’re out. It’s also far more challenging than a flat lick mat so it will last longer and excellent value for money. I can’t get it away from my dog yet to wash it so I can’t comment on how easy it is to clean yet. Although I doubt it’ll need a whole lot of washing after he’s finished with it. 😂😂😂😂 I’m definitely getting another one.
