Your cart is empty.Made by LifeStraw with the same exacting standards and specifications as the original, this filter is designed specifically as a replacement filter for the LifeStraw Go Bottle 2-Stage. This replacement filter is also compatible with the older 1-Stage Go Bottle model. When the filter has reached capacity (1,000 liters / 264 gallons) it will stop taking in water. Simply detach the old filter from the LifeStraw Go Bottle and insert a replacement filter in its place. In addition to the award-winning LifeStraw hollow fiber membrane filter, the updated, 2-Stage filter includes an activated carbon capsule in the same housing. The carbon capsule effectively reduces odor, bad taste and chlorine for up to 100 liters (26 gallons). Additional carbon capsule replacements are available separately. LifeStraw filters have been rigorously tested to surpass EPA standards for removing E. Coli, Giardia and Cryptosporidium oocysts, and many other waterborne contaminants. Filter removes 99.9999% of waterborne bacteria (> LOG 6 reduction) and 99.9% of waterborne protozoan parasites (>LOG 3 reduction). Note the replacement filter is only intended to be used in conjunction with the LifeStraw Go Bottle and is not designed for use outside the bottle.

This is my 3rd filter for my LifeStraw, which I've had for almost 5 years now, and which has traveled all over the world with me. It does what it says and I've used it with tap water from Mexico down to Argentina, Turkey and Egypt, and eastern Europe. Never got sick, even when i used river water on occasional hikes. One thing I'll say is, if you put it away and want to preserve it, keep it wet. As soon as it dries out for a while, all the tiny pores get clogged and it's useless after that and needs to be replaced. I keep mine in a watertight ziploc half filled with water and it'll keep like that for months. My gf and her mom both tried to keep their dry when not in use, as stated by LifeStraw and both of theirs had to be thrown out.So this is a great product to save tons of money and tons of plastic as you'll never need to buy another bottle of water again. The only downside is, it's kind of hard to suck the water and requires a lot of effort so I find myself drinking less than I should, out of pure laziness really. Hopefully you'll be less lazy.

To the best of my knowledge, works well. No taste in the water for sure. Fits ONLY the Lifestraw bottle without a screw-in filter.

As a regular user of the LifeStraw Go Water Bottle, I've come to rely on the 2-Stage Replacement Filter to ensure clean and safe drinking water wherever I go. This is my third time purchasing this replacement filter, and overall, it continues to meet my expectations in terms of performance and durability.The installation process is straightforward, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to quickly swap out the old filter for a new one without any hassle. The two-stage filtration system effectively removes bacteria, parasites, and microplastics, providing peace of mind knowing that I'm consuming clean water on the go. In terms of longevity, I've found that the filter lasts for a decent amount of time before needing replacement, depending on the frequency of use and the quality of water being filtered. However, I have noticed overtime there will be some slight water leakage, which I have automatically assumed from time and use.

I drink water ALL day EVERY day, especially in summer in the VERY hit state I live in. Water tasted GREAT no matter where I filled it. Water fountains, sinks, city water, well water, even from a hose.I NEVER tasted anthing except clean, refreshing water.Very easy to take apart to clean. A little tricky to clean around mouthpiece so I used toothpicks that have a little scrubbers on them for that part. Replacing the rubber mouthpiece cover is easy too. My sister sent me a pack of 4 or 5 that she said she bought on Amazon and I still have 3 left. Admittedly, I do rinse, wipe and/or clean my water bottle often so it would last as long as possible. I've had this water bottle for well over a year now. Was definitely worth the investment!!

Needed a replacement filter for my older model LifeStraw water bottle. The replacement filters for the older bottles are a bit harder to find since LifeStraw changed their bottle and filter design.This replacement filter is a fair price and fits my bottle perfect. Had no troubles using it in the Wilderness. If you have an older model bottle, this is the filter to get.

Have the original blue LifeStraw Water bottle and I have the filter on for 4+ months. Although I can still use the old filter, something didn't quite taste right and figure it's time to replace the straw. I was hesitant because this filter was white and mine was blue. I could no longer find my exact color and decided to buy this one.Other than the color everything was the same as my old one. It fit correctly and was an easy switch.i do notice the taste as better. I am satisfy and next time would not be hesitant to buy this item again.
