Bought a bread maker and needed a way to keep the bread other than in a plastic bag. Found this option which keeps the bread fresh for 3-4 days. Great option!

We make A LOT of bread at home with our Breville machine. Although this means our loaves are without preservatives, I was looking for something to help prevent our bread from drying out so quickly. This bag doesn’t prevent it from drying out after a couple of days however we have found that keeping the bread in the bag and then in a cake holder has helped immensely. We can enjoy our bread for a few days with it tasting as fresh as it was to begin with! The bags are easy to wash and hold a standard 2lb loaf no problem.

Outstanding quality and very practical. My freshly baked ciabatta bread is now mold free due to storing in the bags. I strongly recommend this quality.

I've seen a lot of confusion on this, so I will start with these bags are made in China. They have a good size tag on them that says it plain as day. They do not do anything to keep bread fresh. After washing and drying them, I made a simple loaf of white bread. After it had cooled, I put it in the bag and put it with our other bread products. The next morning we went to make toast and the entire loaf was hard as a rock. After cracking it open I found some still soft bread in the center, but not enough to even bother making croutons or anything else. These bags are trash for bread.I have seen some people say that they have good experience with wrapping the bread in wax paper, cling wrap, and other products. But at that point I am just going to use a plastic bag to keep my bread in.I have kept the bags, I might be able to use the for organizing or something. They don't seem sturdy enough for camping gear but I'll try a few things. If you need some medium strength breathable storage bags, these might be what you want. Just don't put any bread in them.

I'm a neophyte bread baker. In fact I'm new to most things culinary. But having treated myself to an Oster Bread Machine for my birthday I looked for ways to keep those freshly baked loaves of bread nice and fresh, even though they tended to be consumed within a disturbingly short amount of time. So I ordered a pack of these linen bags. Now, being a belt and suspender kind of guy, I also decided to purchase some plastic Bread Loaf Bags (by Perfect Utopia) that my helpful next door neighbor told me she used to freeze her bread. So I currently wrap my bread in a plastic bag before popping it in the linen bag, although the linen bag would no doubt be quite sufficient. The linen bread bags are beautifully made and look very attractive on the counter top, and in addition to being a nice way to store freshly made bread for a day or two have the added benefit of making it more difficult to constantly nibble at the tasty products from my new bread machine. I think these linen bags would make lovely gifts and an especially nice way of presenting someone with a freshly baked loaf.

These are cute and are going to work well for my sourdough. Only issue was that they did have a strange perfume smell that was very strong. I had to wash them and the smell lingers a little bit but I have not noticed it on my bread.

I bake breads at home, so always looking for something to help keep them fresh as long as possible since there are no preservatives! Many bakers had recommended these tupes of bags. These did not work as I was hoping.

These are nice bags. They hold a lot and they hold all shapes of bread 🥖. They absorb oil from the bread which seems to augment their ability to keep the bread fresh (which makes sense when you think of it). They wash well, I suggest that you wash on cold and wash them by themselves or by hand to avoid oil getting on other things. I didn’t try washing them on hot but linen and cotton both shrink. I also hung mine to dry and didn’t have problems with shrink. They have durable drawstring and can hold the bread firmly. There’s more room. In the bags in than in my breadbox. One feature that I like that might not be useful for everyone is that the bags have two very different pictures on them. This worked great for my family as some people have glutton allergies so we designated the bag with the sheaf of wheat 🌾 for gluten breads and the other bag with various breads for gluten free bread.I’m happy with the stitching and the breath ability of the fabric.
