It was so easy to set up and use that I didn't even need to read the instructions. I tested it in my store and the buzzer works fine. Also, it works for quite a long distance, love it. Fast and reliable. One feature I like about it is the wireless connection. I did test it. I tested it in our food court for the last distance and it handled it well. When using it to call customers it vibrates and makes a sound. I think it would be very useful for businesses. The signal can penetrate walls and commands are received quickly, accurately and sensitively. It is quick to charge, easy to use and improves work efficiency. This was my second purchase for these pagers. They work great and, at a long range. My customers forget to return them, so I had to purchase a new setThis set is better set than I had before, it also tell you how to reset the pagers. So you can have your older one reconnect to the new one if some pagers break or missing. And it's very easy to use

After just under a year of putting it to use at a bowling alley kitchen and half of them don’t work anymore. They were never mistreated and wiped down after every use. I’d stay away from these.

Overall these units were easy to setup and use. Please pay attention that you have to use something small, like a tiny screwdriver or something similar, to turn the power on to each of the receivers. Once turned on, you can leave on going forward, but item won't work until you power on the base AND the individual receivers. The only problem I had with them was the weak vibration. We own a Karaoke and Live music venue and many people place them in their back pockets. If you are wearing anything slightly loose, you will NOT feel the unit vibration (nor hear it). I recommend trying another brand if you need a very strong vibration option.
