Impressive art tools that are well worth the investment. The ring they come on can be used to store them on a tool board. These tools work well mixing all types of paint, using them for mixed media for scraping & texturing your art, using them to paint instead of a brush and many other projects around the home. There are times when I need to use a sharp object but I don't want to use a utility knife and these work great. The metal is solid and strong. You could easily use these to push material into slim openings like when upholstering furniture. I've even used them to repair texture on my walls, they've worked great scraping tile on a stone mosaic and I've used them to work on numerous cement projects. My point is they are durable enough to be used as a tool too because they are made so well and so durable. I'm just always careful to clean them well and make sure nothing is remaining on them because that could affect using them on more precise projects down the road.

Great knives! A bit less flexible than smaller scale knives, and that's what I had hoed for. Nicely mounded handles, and a quality feel. I can already tell by the rivets that this set will last longer than my beginners set.

If you need to slop around a lot of modeling paste, these are hard to beat. Really sturdy and well made. They are definitely big and stiff, and the handles are comfortable to hold for a long session. Great product.

this is a LARGE set of knives for painting a whole canvas quickly. I would purchase the smaller set for detail work. In any event, the quality is excellent and glad I bought them. they are not cheap priced, but you get what you pay for. i am learning to do detail work ( I bought the smaller set also) and full canvas with knives. little by little, as I learn, this set will work quick and do a great job.

This is a lovely set of knives, but for my painting style, I do not use them all - yet! It is always useful to have an arsenal of tools to use when painting. The ring comes off so each knife is able to be used separately. They are large enough to cover big canvases quickly and creatively.

These are a bit stiffer than I like, but otherwise fantastic. Great sturdy construction , with a long handle that keeps my out out of the paint more than others I've used. It will push 5 oz. of oil paint with wax just fine.

I was very disappointing. The quality is great but they are just to large for me to use. The description of this product show better emphasize their large size. I would no have made the purchase if I had realized how bid they were.

I liked these very much - but for now - they are too big to use on the canvas size I prefer. Perhaps when I graduate to larger canvas they will work well. They appear to be very well made and sturdy.
