Cuts like a charm. It's annoying because the metal ring that holds it closed somehow always falls in between the handles when cutting. For the price I can deal with it. Lisle makes good stuff.

It cuts great, cheaper then on the tool trucks but unfortunately I have yet to fine more blades. It has lasted in a heavy duty diesel shop for over 2 years and is just starting to get marred

Has a very sharp blade and easily cuts through hose and gives a clean straight cut. This is the same one snap-on sells under it's blue point brand but you can get it at half the price here! The only issue is that it has trouble getting a clean cut on 1/4 inch lines.

I bought this a while back, I work with semi trucks. Air lines are pretty difficult for other cutters, this one cuts them effortlessly and I haven’t even needed to change the blade.I use this on everything. Wire looming, coolant hoses, rubber air hoses, nylon air hoses, I have yet to find something this struggles with.

I had to do some work on my air lines in my truck, most of the connectors are push to connects so getting a good even cut is important and this thing makes that very simple. Work a lot better than trying to use a knife or razor. One thing to note is to make sure you have the line laying straight with the edge, when cutting a hose that is at an angle/not laying flat on the cutter you might get a bit of angle. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who plans on cutting a few hoses, will save you a lot of time

Cut well, seem built just as well as another apprentices Mac tools brand pair. Both very sharp made out of the same plastic. Even share the same part number lol

Carefull to not let heavy hose pull the tip of the blade off to the side as the tip may dig directly into the oposing jaw just next to the groove. It didn't wreck the blade at all just had to regrip and get the weight of the hose off the blade tip. Cuts well and cuts straight. The blade is reversible.....I used mine for years and never knew that...and the blade was still sharp that I didn't look to replace it. Sold them cuz I got out of heavy repair.....then regretted it and bought these ones. These are identical to my original MAC ones. (which were Lisle ones)

Good quality used in heavy equipment environment. Has taken abuse use to cut hoses, air line etc. Cannot cut hose with steel in it, obviously. Good clean cuts even after months of use. 30$ cdn Good price
