I used these several years ago, I knew of their quality then. I bought some more to pinch some fuel lines on a tractor. They are compact which allows them in confined spaces. They work exactly how they are supposed to. Great product.

Bought these for changing the fuel filter in my zero turn lawnmower. Easy to use. Gentle on the fuel lines. Prevents leaks when pulling the filter. Perfect product for the job

I use this product primarily for rubber fuel lines that I need to leave clamped for longer periods of time. I find these better than the nylon pliers type as it is less stressful on the hose given the design. The product is not as sturdy as I would like, but the price goes in hand with this. My use is typically on small engines where a fuel cutoff is not always there. The small design makes them easy to apply and not be in the way as you work.If I needed this product for daily professional use, I would probably look elsewhere. But for a DIYer maintaining only my own equipment, these suite my needs well and at a very reasonable price.

I used these to change the fuel filter on john deere 1025R. There is not much room or slack in the hoses. It worked great! no spilled fuel and I think it is easier on the hoses than hemostats.

I was in the market for a hose pincher to do maintenance on small engines. Even though this is a Lisle branded product, I almost passed it over because it is mostly made of plastic. It does the job, not disputing that. But the wing nut is small, and the brake hose wall is pretty stiff. You finger will hurt from tightening down that wing nut. A hose pinching pliers seems like a better tool, especially if you can make your own by putting some tubing over the straight jaws of your locking pliers/vise grip.

These are superb little gadgets which greatly simplify motorcycle tank removal. Small enough to fit on the fuel pipes in the restricted space usually found under the tank, they close down on the pipe with just a few turns of the wing nut and are totally effective at sealing off the fuel flow. Amazing value for money.
