***Update***** so they reached out 1 day after my review was posted and corrected the error, they sent me the right batter, and also a tracking#. It was shipped the same day of them realizing the error, and i received it right away. Their customer service is a A+. I appreciate their their customer service and acknowledgment towards their customers, i recommend buying from this seller 100%.So this was delivered to me on March 2 i used it for the first time sometime last week and the batter wasn't working so i contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement BUT they sent me a smaller battery i bought the snow blower that came with a 4.0AH they sent me a 2.5 AH ugh...... They also didn't sent me a tracking number for the battery lucky i personally know the ups driver and he knocked on my door now as for the snow blower it self judging by the little charge it did have it worked so good that's the only reason why I didn't just return the whole thing

Where do I even begin? I was so hopeful for this snow blower. The idea of a cordless, electric snow blower seemed like a dream – no gas, no oil, no wrestling with a pull cord. The reality? A complete and utter nightmare.First of all, the power is pathetic. It claims to be a "20-inch snow thrower," but it struggles with anything more than a light dusting. I live in an area that gets real snow, and this thing just choked on it. I spent more time pushing it through the snow than it spent actually blowing snow. It was like trying to clear my driveway with a hairdryer.The battery life is a joke. I barely got through half my driveway before the battery died. And I have a pretty average-sized driveway! So, I had to stop, recharge the battery (which takes forever), and then go back out. It turned a 30-minute job into an all-day ordeal.And the "adjustable chute"? Forget about it. ("How can I adjust the chute direction on this?" - Good luck!). It's flimsy and constantly gets stuck. I spent more time fiddling with the chute than I did actually clearing snow.Pros: * ...It's quiet? I guess that's something. My neighbors probably appreciated that I wasn't using a gas-powered monster. * Looks good.Minor gripes? These are MAJOR flaws: * No Power: Can't handle anything more than a light dusting of snow. * Terrible Battery Life: Died halfway through clearing my driveway. * Flimsy, Stuck Chute: A constant source of frustration. * Waste of Money: I could have bought a decent shovel for a fraction of the price and gotten better results. * Heavy.Overall: This snow blower is a complete disappointment. It's underpowered, has terrible battery life, and is generally a pain to use. Save your money, save your back, and just get a good shovel (or a real snow blower). I'd give it zero stars if I could. This was a complete waste of money.

I already have Lithely products like the performance & warranty and chargers & batteries are all interchangeable & compatible wit hall there equipmentI bought the snow blower got to use it itThrows snow quite a distance compared to my gas power onethe chute does not clogLight weight & I like the lights on the front & the quite operationI dont smell like 2stroke gas after snow throwing eitherWhat I dont like is battery does not last long but having extra batteries was a plusOverall good blower for the money but not for heavy snow

I never write reviews. I ordered this snowblower because it had good reviews and was a good price. I was so excited when the first one arrived! I did one line down the middle of my driveway. By the time I reached the end of the driveway, it died. Nooooo!I contacted Amazon and described the issue. No problem, they said. They would send a replacement.The replacement came a week ago and we had snow. I did the whole driveway and walkway ... awesome! This is what we were hoping for!2 days later it snowed again. I was actually excited to 'shovel' because of our new tool. I fired it up and started rolling. No more than 6 feet in, the exact same issue as the first. The lights flicker, but no power and the paddles won't turn or blow any snow.Now, I have to pack up 2 separate large boxes and return these worthless snowblowers. So disappointed. Can not discourage you enough from ordering this product.

I was hesitant to buy this snowblower because I'm unfamiliar with the brand. But it is surprisingly powerful for being made of mostly plastic. The battery packs allowed me to do the full 40 ft long drive, plus 3 sidewalks, and I only used half the battery power... but that was on light fluffy snow. A denser packed powder or slush may prove more challenging. Didn't dare try it on what the snowplow left at the bottom of the drive... you really need metal blades to handle that. Also, the shipment came damaged. The handle and the power bar holder were cracked. I reached out to the US based service team and they sent me the replacement parts which took about 6 weeks, coming from China. The power is better than expected and the service team are top notch, so I gave it 5 stars.

I discovered a few smart tricks along the way: let the machine warm up for a minute, manage the snow in smaller chunks rather than an overwhelming rush, and give it a gentle pull-back occasionally to avoid clogs. These little adjustments made all the difference.The performance was nothing short of impressive. It effortlessly tackled stubborn snow from previous storm, and its throwing power was exceptional—clearing nearly 4 inches off my two-car driveway in just 20 minutes! While it may not have the heavy-duty muscle of a Honda or Toro, its efficiency and light weight more than make up for it. Plus, my back got a well-deserved break.Now, I’ve got a new winter routine: every few hours, I will let it do its magic to prevent a massive buildup. It’s exciting to know that I have a tool that not only meets but exceeds my expectations when it comes to clearing snow. If you’re willing to use it intelligently (and avoid overloading it with wet, heavy snow), this product is a game-changer that will save you both time and physical strain.

The battery was full charged but stopped working and lights started blinking 10 feet into fluffy snow. Very disappointed with the product and would not recommend.

I was hesitant about buying an battery operated snowblower. This thing works better than I could have imagined. It does have its limitations being battery powered. I bought this unit because we had a few snow storms coming and I was sick of shoveling. We just got 47cm of snow over 3 days and the snowblower handled it all. I wouldn't let the snow build up too much so it wouldn't overwhelm the machine. But after 3 days of clearing snow my back does not hurt and I look forward to the next snowfall. It's alot of fun to use light weight and the lights really help during night time operation. I would advise buying the battery charger. It charges my 4ah batteries from dead to full in under 2hrs.Great little unit for the price!

The blower itself seems like a great little beast. I only got to use it once with the fresh 90% charged batteries after that while trying to charge the batteries they would not hold a charge at all I tried different sources with same result. The batteries are NO GOOD !!! Stay away and buy a machine that has good batteries review. I saw a lot of negative about batteries but thought it was just their bad luck...Nope it wasn't ! Sending this back used !
