Bought this when my pump failed. Works as advertised, good power, easy install. Cheaper price than what I found on other sites.

Easy install since it was exactly the same as the one I took out. The only issue, which is not a big deal is that at the time of purchase, the advertisement said this was 26gpm. Mine was a 20gpm and that's what I wanted but I took a chance on this one because the model numbers were exactly the same. Sure enough, the pump arrived and it is in fact a 20gpm, not 26gpm therefore, it's the correct pump but the advertisement is incorrect - which again, I am glad about because I wanted and needed the 20gpm. Would purchase again.

Solid pump! Was a direct replacement for my failed septic pump but more the half the price. Great pressure and same size as the original. I hope it last along time.

This pump replaced my original septic pump after going out within 3 years. That was 6 years ago and the little giant is still working great. I purchased another one after I though it started having issues. Turned out to be a float problem, but since they don’t last forever and if it goes out, it will probably be on a holiday weekend or something like that.

I got a Franklyn pump last year from a contractor that helped to replace an old pump.Unfortunately, most of the people who do septic jobs don't provide an invoice and in less than 1-year the new pump failed.I reached out to Franklyn customer service and provided all the information including the order id number, which I would expect them to use this information to track down the purchase date.Even after demonstrating that the septic contractor was not responsive, they refused to help me to claim the warranty. My suggestion is to find a brand that is more concerned about customer satisfaction.
