What a treat to spin this lovely fiber. It makes gorgeous yarn and I can't wait to see how much I get and what I can make from it. Maybe just a wonderful scarf; it would feel scrumptious on the neck for me or a dear one.

I've purchased this a few times because I LOVE spinning this! It's soft and luxurious feel and the pops of silk colors are gorgeous in person. Photos don't even do it justice! Get it! You. Won't. Be. Disappointed.

With the recycled silk this yarn is bound to be a little slubby and inconsistent, with a loose twist I got a generally bulky and inconsistent yarn, however with a higher twist I got a beautiful more even yarn given its general characteristics it’s not perfect or factory smooth, but the silk gives this a lovely art yarn touch and I’m looking forward to weaving with it! I’ll most likely buy more as well I’ve gotten almost 200 yards from this in singles, plied just under 100 yards.

This merino/ Sari Silk blend has bright, beautiful colors. I plied two shades of this blend with another Living Dreams merino/tussah silk combed top.I spun them all from the fold and plied the purple and blue single with a mauve and gold silk combed top single. It made a beautiful yarn. Spun quite easily, was not compacted on arrival and shipping was fairly quick. Good value for the price.

It is a bit tougher to spin, definite spins chunky slubby, fun colors the colors are stronger once spun! I can’t wait use it in a weaving!Thank you

I recently used this blend for a wet felting project to make a sculptural dancer. The blends are beautiful colors and wet felts very nicely. I loved it so much that I bought multiple other colors and was very pleased with all of them. photo color of close up doesn't. Note photo of prefelt color is slightly off - product pictures are more accurate.
