First and foremost I bought this mailbox 📬 while under construction I said well for the meantime then I'll buy the one when everything is ready. (Anyway ,I thought, this will get all rusty and might not even last 3 months). Let me mention that for like 3 months was wrap-around a tree with tight raps under rain and all (again was just provisional) to my surprise a year later is on my wall because looks great, minimalist, modern and IS STURDY, WEATHERPROOF up until now no rust. Very impressive for $33. I still says well when it gets rusty and brake I will buy the new one which is $300 and no much difference than this one something I would never thought I would be sayingMight post a picture later its on the wall next to my door.

I was looking for a modern, locking mailbox that had a clean design. This black mailbox looks great against the gray brick and white stucco on our house. It has clean lines and compliments the modern, simple lines of our house. It isn't a heavy duty metal, but it is sturdy and well made. It came with all the hardware that we needed for a quick installation. It also came with washers to mount it away from the brick so the lid could freely open 90 degrees, It is large enough to accommodate a large flat envelope without getting damaged. I didn't think I would like being able to see my mail through the three small square windows at the front. Surprisingly, I like being able to see if there is mail in the box and the amount of the envelope that you see hasn't compromised security. So far, the mailman has not used the open slot at the bottom for magazines or larger mail. I'm not sure that he realizes that it is there. I recommend this mailbox and would buy it again without hesitation. Also, the key looks like a basic key. It seems more like a deterrent than a high security lock. But for the price, it is not an issue at all.

Purchased this to replace our janky mail box at work. Super easy to install and use. No rust and we’ve had it for 3 years. Perfect for the money spent and I love that I can see in the window if there mail or not before wasting time to get the keys.

You have to use the key to get your mail out.I glued my house numbers to the front.Not like any other mailbox in my town. People compliment it all the time.
