Sometimes you have to spend a little to save a little. With this product, spending $40 is saving me hours of aggravation greasing my tractor -- and I'm not getting covered in grease!I have a cheap grease gun, and since becoming a tractor owner a few months ago, have been struggling to do the recommended greasing every 10 hours of use. It was difficult to get the gun connected to the 20+ zerks I had to grease, and even more difficult breaking it off the zerk after squeezing in the grease. After about 2 hours of work I was aggravated and sore, with a few bloodied knuckles, and grease smeared all over my hands and clothing.I finally sprung the $40 for the LockNLube coupler (the long version) and it worked flawlessly. Seems to be built with quality, solid feeling materials. And comes with spare parts when the original pieces wear out. I was able to grease the zerks in about 10% of the time it took before, without getting grease all over myself. I choose the long version to reach into some difficult spots, but if you have easy access to all the zerks, the $30 regular version will be fine.I've been recommending this to everyone I know who has to maintain equipment. At first I didn't like the idea of spending $40 for the coupler when the grease gun itself only cost $15. But it has been one of the smartest things I've ever done. Well worth the cost to make equipment maintenance so much easier.

This does exactly what it should—the perfect fix for sloppy grease guns. Not a huge mechanics guy but I do have a small tractor and HATED doing the grease stuff. They wouldn't stay on or it wouldn't come off, grease all over the place. I swapped this tool onto the gun and it just WORKS. Simple, easy and just brilliant from the inventor. Very happy with the product. It goes on easily, keeps a positive lock and releases just as quickly.

I almost didn't buy this because I thought it's too expensive, but now I wouldn't do without it. No more squirting grease out the side of the grease fitting, or popping off the hose prematurely, and when you have a grease zerk that's plugged this will usually get it open.

Works good for daily use. Rebuild kit that comes with it is cool as well. Worth the coin for loggers that want a good lasting grease end for the equipment.
