Clockwise to open the head
Plunger rod length is 6", pull the plunger rod to the end to lock it.
Add grease as you need
Counterclockwise to close the head, and then press the tab to slowly retract plunger rod handle.

Well, I did receive the tool, that's it. I cannot get it to work. It will not pump any grease. Also, cannot find how to contact the seller to find out what the problem is. Update, I did figure it out. It works fine now.

Product is ok and works. Did have issues screwing the nozzle into the gun but it eventually started and tightened up. The coupling on the end to attach to the Zert fitting is very tight. Making it hard to remove after greasing a component. I did try loosening the coupling to free up the gripping chucks.

Was looking for something cheap for a minor job on swaybar end links and after receiving this product I wasn't surprised when it didn't work. Followed the directions and the lock for adding the grease does not lock and after removing the foil cover I laid it down to get the top pump handle and it let loose and shot grease all over the place (not happy) so I figured well I'll proceed to put it together with the help of my wife, I'm pulling the lever while she screws in the top. After installed nothing came out? After 30 minutes I just threw it away! Total garbage, save you money 💰 and buy something else. Wish there was a zero star 🌟 . Lesson learned!

This is the best little gun, it holds a small tubes and I always use the “Red N Tacky†in my full size pneumatic guns, I use it in a spray can aerosol were you can shoot this grease into very tight small places and then I use this small hand operated grease gun with a Lucas quick disconnect to attach the fittings and then I have a needle with a ball attachment that screws on to the needle and that way the needle comes often on with great ears you don’t have to really press hard to push it on or pull it out and it’s great if you’re going to lubricate very tight places like needle bearings and things like this comment this little grease gun is very useful to me in my shop and you cannot beat the price everything is well-built, there’s no leaks once you load the cartridge there’s nothing that comes out the bottom of the canister where the fuel rod goes in, it’s very well-made I would suggest when you screw the canister onto the head you put a very light film of red and tacky then after you screw the orange container into the head unit if there’s any residue at all you just put a little alcohol on a paper towel and wipe off the residue the gun stays very clean unless your hands are dirty lolGreat Unit, great price very well-made great addition to your shop

One of the beads fell apart before I even had a chance to attach it. Spring, ball bearing and flanges fell out. The other head works though and I needed to use it immediately, so I didn’t return it.

So far so good. Had trouble getting it off of the first two zerts. Be careful and not break the zert off trying to pull gun off!
