Great addition to both grill & stove.We put this on both the Weber gas grill and the stove indoors. Our stove is a glass top electric model, so we obviously need to be careful moving it around on there, but it works great. Cost effective too.

This fits perfectly on top of our gas range. My brother has same one that he uses on his Blackstone. Makes the best smash burgers among other things. Nice even crust.

Works as predicted but it is very heavy and difficult to maneuver. Cleaning is also difficult due to the weight. It gets sticky after a while

You can cook about anything on this. I love this thing. Just take care of it…it is a cast iron. If you forget to clean it right away it will rust, so scrub the rust off with a steel wool, and treat it with olive oil and bake it for 15 minutes on 400 degrees. Best most even cooking tool in the kitchen. We have a gas stove too so it’s awesome.

I was looking forward to giving this item as a gift.The package and item were damaged due to poor packaging. Why would the seller secure a heavy cast iron griddle in just paper!
