This is the second time i use these clamps , it takes some effort to set them because they are strong , but im sure im gonna have no leaks . Will buy them again .

This was my first experience with PEX piping, and I went with 1†size for good flow. These clamps are nice and thick, thusly requiring a good deal of force when securing them onto the fittings. If you decide you need to remove one, you’ll have fun with a bolt cutter or similar tool, but it can be done. My advice is the get the most sturdy clamp tool you can find to use with these. It won’t matter whether you use 1/2â€, 3/4â€, or 1†PEX, the tool is exactly the same (the size of the clamp matches the pipe size).
