I love this, it stays put, I am older and need something to help prevent slipping and falling in the shower. The square one fits my walk-in shower perfectly and does not budge. I also love that I can put a bit of body wash on a small area of the mat to wash the bottoms of my feet and even with the soap it does not slide around. I just rub my feet over the soapy area and viola clean feet without bending, then I rinse the soap off of the mat, simple and easy.It has a slightly rough texture which is why it cleans the bottom of my feet well, but is it also thick and cushiony so even though it has a rougher texture it is still super comfortable to stand on. I feel this is the best type and safest nonslip mat for a tub or shower that you can find. I think the texture might be a bit weird feeling to sit on if you are taking a bath in the tub but I only use the shower so I cannot attest to sitting on it. If you prefer showers like I do then you will want this mat. I highly recommend it and it is attractive too.

The mat arrived on time and it was exactly as shown in the picture. It does not have suction cups on it, which I love because it’s much easier to clean off any mold. It stays in place and is comfy on my feet. My apartment’s shower had a smooth, plastic liner on its floor, which was incredibly slippery. This mat has solved this problem. The colors are great too and mold is less likely to develop compared to suction cup mats. Highly recommend.

The shower mat looks great. However, it does have an odd feel and weird tactile quality. It's not as 'abrasive' as loofah, but somewhat similar. The top surface is adequately porous, the mat appears to be a tight knit matrix of overlapping looping strands of polyvinyl chloride material. If that makes sense. It does create a lattice mat that allows water to flow through it, while presenting a reasonable mat with graphic design printed on surface.I am hoping that after a few uses the odd feeling disappears (it kinda feels like a coating). Keep in mind that the mat is not akin to a soft cloth (like towel) or smooth like a regular bath/shower mat. There is a 'roughness' aspect; They translate this as contributing to scrub the soles of one's feet.It's been a few days, and the mat still retains evidence of the creases. the mat comes folded into a smaller square (about 8 inches square, I think). I would have preferred the mat was rolled, to avoid creases. Maybe this too will lessen over time.This mat has interesting materials and design. I like the graphic design and permeability of the mat. I'm still trying to figure out how to 'air dry' the mat after a shower. The 32" X 32" is large. I wouldn't drape in on the side of a tub, because water will drip onto the floor. Currently, I use a long pole (like for a mop) and drape in on the pole over the tub.Somewhat happy with the mat. I need to assess the effort needed to keep the mat clean versus a regular mat. I feel this mat rates 3.75 - 4 stars.

This show mat fit perfectly in my shower area. It is strong and durable and it is beautifully colored too. Hair does not go through the mat, so i let it dry for about 24 hours and then i vacuum with cordless vacuum, it gets all the hair up.
