This cowbell is way louder and a little more ringy than my last LP rock ridge rider. The main reason I got it though, was that it has a much better mount than the usual cowbell mounts which always manage to loosen or travel. This one has a proper clamp AND a memory lock and this sucker does not move!

Non ho comprato questo campanaccio per la firma di Chad Smith (che pure apprezzo come batterista), ma per il sistema di fissaggio. A differenza di tanti altri, non ha il solito foro con una vite a stringerlo ma un vero e proprio morsetto che apre da entrambi i lati. Questo permette di attaccare il campanaccio su sostegni di praticamente qualsiasi diametro, come per esempio un supporto per tom, a tutto vantaggio della stabilità e della versatilità di montaggio.Il suono è quello classico, con un timbro forse un po' più alto del Ridge Rider ma comunque adatto per rock e pop. Il volume è alto e taglia nel mix ma senza essere troppo aggressivo.Costruttivamente sembra ben fatto e affidabile. Il colore rosso è particolare e fa la sua porca figura.Non costa poco ma secondo me vale il prezzo, in fondo chi più spende meno spende! Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia introdurre il campanaccio nella propria batteria.

Campana dal suono bilanciato, ottimo. Peccato che la confezione è stata consegnata aperta. Sigillo tagliato e scatola scollata su due lati . Il motivo? Qualcuno doveva controllarne il contenuto? Mi auguro non ci fossero all'interno altre cose.
