My review is pretty much the same as the title. My binoculars were 6â€x5.5â€x2.25†and had a small area in the case. The case has a rigid exterior with a soft interior. The webbed pouch better stored the charging cord and download cord without effecting the camera.

The binocular fit was snug with no moving around during transporting. The outer casing protects the insides quite well.

Beware !!!The internal measurements are not listed in the Details, but one of the seller's photos shows them - and they're off by close to an inch. The actual internal measurements are approx. 6.125"W x 6.25"L x 2"D (Depth maybe closer to 3" if the concave lid is considered)It may work fine for the Nikon Monarch M5 8x42, but I don't have those. It seems like a pretty well-made case, but I can't use it.I'm knocking off 3 stars because now I have to go through the hassle of a return, and it's not that hard to list accurate measurements.

I was looking for a compact case and this is perfect! It’s a lot nicer quality than I thought

I have a pair of Pentax 8x42 that fit perfectly in this case. I like the semi rigid design that will protect my binoculars from bumps and bruises.

Construction quality is quite good. Stiff enough to provide real protection compared to the soft case my binos came in. For info I use them for Nikon HG 10x42 and they are a loose fit (but for a 42mm binos, this model is one the the smallest).
