For the price, these are surprisingly good! Very heavy, solid, and moderately easy to assemble. If you can't lift 50 pounds, get a buddy to help you assemble. The plastic trays under the kennel floors are a very thoughtful design consideration. I'd suggest reducing the gap between them in future redesigns. The rolling casters are nice, too, if a little difficult to lock.I bought two - one bigger than the other - and they look very nice in my living room after adding a dog bed and some pillows to each. I'll be making a custom wood top to go on each so they can be really tall end tables around the couches.

I got this kennel for my 2 month old husky German Shepard mix. She’s small now, but I needed something she can grow into. The reason I went with this one and not just a cheap kennel is because she has pretty severe separation anxiety. I’m trying my best to train her out of it now while she’s young, but I have a deep down inside feeling it’s gonna be a lasting struggle with her. So with that being said I needed something strong and durable as she ages and grows. This things heavy, I’m glad it had casters on the bottom, it makes moving it around easy. The casters also have locks on them so it doesn’t roll around while she’s inside causing a scene. Assembly was tricky. I did it alone, having a second person would be beneficial and helpful. A tip for anyone assembling it themselves, get yourself a rope or string so you can tie the folding sides together while you get the top put into place. Otherwise assembly is pretty easy, just 8 bolts total that go on top and then the casters on the bottom. Everything else is already put together. So far it seems really durable. I think this kennel will hold up pretty well years down the line. The only issue I have with it is the latches. They’re kinda…meh. I feel like my dog will be able to figure them out pretty quickly. I’m gonna have to brainstorm a better way to latch it, because I know it’s not gonna last long before she figures them out.Aside from that, it’s great. I can’t really use it for her at the moment. I tried putting her in and observing how she did in it, and on the back side (opposite of the door) the space between the two bars on the end is bigger than the rest of it all. It also just so happens to be big enough for her to put her head through and get stuck. That was a big panic lol. Luckily I was able to get her head back through rather quickly. So I’m holding off putting her in it for at least another few weeks when she’ll grow big enough that can’t happen anymore. I’m glad I put her in to observe for a few minutes and didn’t just leave her for a few hours and left the house. That could’ve potentially been bad if I had.

So far, this crate is a lifesaver! I really appreciated that it was mostly already assembled; I just needed to attach the roof and locks. Between my kid and I, we got it assembled within 15 minutes. The cage itself is sturdy and well manufactured. I got the 42" and it's roomy enough for my puppy to spread out and sit up. I purchased a nice 42" dog bed for it and she absolutely loves laying inside the crate. I believe the cage will hold up as she grows.

Definitely worth the buy. We were adopted by a pit 😅 he was dropped off on my street and found his way to me. He has high anxiety when left alone and will scrap over trash. With this cage I’m able to separate him from my other zoo animals and give him an interactive toy without him busting out and surprising everyone. He is about 50-60 pounds of pure muscle. It folds down so it can be taken with you but it is super bulky either way. When I received it it was damaged but all in all it’s a great purchase.

My 70 lb shepherd mix is an escape artist when I leave the house. I would be leave and come home with him waiting for me at the door, wagging his tail with only to find his aftermath (shredded shirts, packs of bread, potatoes and any other food that he could reach off the counter eaten). I turned the old crate around so the door was against the wall thinking he wouldn't be able to get out. That was working and I was going to return this because I figured I would just do that, but then I came home and he had pushed his way out with the door against the wall and I had to keep this. I've been using it a couple weeks now and he's hasn't getting out which has been great. It's much larger than my previous flimsy wire cage and very sturdy and well built. It's very heavy duty so it's a two person job to assemble it but very easy to assemble. It seems larger than my last one which is good so he can stand up easier and move around. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because the screws to lock the crate are very small and if I'm not careful it will fall out and then I've got to find where it went. They should have some sort of washer or something to stop the screw from coming out completely. But other than that this is a great investment.

This crate was more expensive than the others, but it's worth it. Fast to assemble and very sturdy. Our puppy is going to be a big dog and we wanted something tough that he wouldn't be able to break or chew through and I think this one is perfect. It's big so you'll need a large space for it, but it looks like he'll be able to stand up in it when fully grown, and he's got plenty of room in there. He likes it!

I have an almost 70lb pit bull pup. I purchased the 42 inch. It seems to fit her perfect. She can stand up in it, turn around and stretch out a little. I don't think the 38inch would have been suitable even though some pit bull reviewers with a larger full grown pitbulls seem to be happy with it. She goes in it on her own and takes naps so I think she is definitely comfortable in it. It is definitely taller and wider than I imagined even though I had the measuring tape out trying to see how much room it would take up.She has anxiety about being left alone which i am hoping we'll work through eventually but one time she could not contain herself and pooped/peed in it, the trays underneath saved a huge clean up. The wheels are a bonus and they lock.

Delivery was quick and the crate very easy to put together. I was a little concerned it may not be big enough for a German Shepard but there is enough room for her to stand and turn around and she seems comfortable and not anxious about staying in it for extended periods of time. Its also very secure as she has burst out of lesser quality crates and this is why we picked this one. So far so good.

My 13 week old puppy can easily open the latches and escape, they aren't very difficult for the dog to open unless you put a padlock on. Other than that, its made nicely, not too difficult to move, etc.
