Bought it for a BF-F8HD, it a bit of a tight fit with a rubber sleeve on the radio, I shoved a bottle of Tums in it to stretch out and now it fits perfectly.

For the price this case is well made and fits the UV-82HP and the BF-888S. I am going to try and find a piece of 1/4 to 1/2 rubber to insert into the bottom of the case. That will push the radios up and more of the speaker will be exposed. With the 888S the speaker is completely covered. See Photos. This case is designed to be threaded onto a belt. It can't be clipped on to a strap or webbing. It must be fed through the sewn loop on the case. Pushing the sides of the case outward deforms it making the radios slide in and out a little better. Appears it would work fine without the elastic cord, radio fit is tight. If you add the extended battery pack for the UV-82HP the radio sits up higher in the case, but it is still usable and speaker is fully exposed.

It's not a bad looking holster very well made but my two problems with it are it barely fits my service belt (1.75 inch) or either of my two radios Retevis RB26 or Baofeng 8885, i mean they go in if you force them but when I move around buttons get pressed changing my chanel or turning on the radio's flashlight very annoying. I took a chance but it's just not working out for me.

Holster button snap does not exist. Immediately fell apart. The elastic band is way too small, so it would not work even it had the correct snap. Save your money.

Fits my Kenwood NexEdgeNX-3320Very snug on the first day, (it should loosen up).Update January 2023It been almost a year. I use it for my maintenance job, previously full-time but now part time, it looks and works as brand new. I convinced 2 co-workers to buy this. One didn't use it yet but the other person loves it alot I use it without the rubber band strap (not needed) and push it all the way in with the belt clip hanging on the outside the holster. The belt clip catches the snap button sort of like a safety so I pull the radio out by the antenna while at the same time pushing the belt clip open. It's the first day using this but I like it so far, no extra bulk and not too long. Seems like a custom fit. You have to string it on to your belt because the loop doesn't open but That's fine with me. The case is very Ridgid yet very lightweight. It feels like it doesn't add any weight to my belt at all.Thanks
