Unfortunately, as much as I like the look of this replacement, it does not work great for what I needed. I am a Barber and I have a home shampoo station and I usually leave the water running while shampooing but with this particular replacement hose, I could not do that without it. Spraying everywhere it automatically turns its head upward. So as long as you want to turn off the water each time or have the hose in your hand at all times then this is the one for you. Unfortunately, fortunately, I just ordered a different regular black replacement that allows the head. Of the hose to be facing down at all times and won't shoot up water .

Nozzle is plastic. Hose does not seal properly to the nozzle. Upon installation the nozzle leaked in several different places.I gave 2 stars because once we modified the hose with alot of teflon tape, it mostly stopped leaking.

It seems like it is more for a pedicure station not a shampoo bowl. The hose is too large to fit through the feed hole on the bowl.

Not useful for Canadian salon have to buy all new bolts and extensions to even try to use!
