Looks just like the photo. Probably too large for a micro preemie but perfect for a 5 lb, 17 inch baby. Very soft material and the design is absolutely adorable. The snapping shirt is good for the hospital as well.

In my experience preemie sized clothes always fit PERFECT on a full term newborn weighing an average amount. Onesie and pants fit great on a newborn weighing 6lb 13oz! Hat doesn’t fit (well it’s really tiny so I didn’t try it on my newborn) shirt fits okay just a little tight and short

These are great quality. They are actually real preemie baby clothes not doll clothes. My daughter loved them for her doll. I ended up having to return it because the doll was the wrong size but I was hesitant to send them back because they are so cute and good quality.
