**UPDATE**The company contacted me and determined the piano broke during logistics, so they sent a new one. They were very responsive and helpful. The new piano works just as advertised! My little one loves it! It is a kids piano so when you push two keys at once it doesn’t recognize both; however, you can use play the piano and use microphone at the same time. Also has volume control.Overall, would definitely recommend.Bought this for my child earlier in the year to holdfor Christmas. Unfortunately, I didn’t open it to try it out first. Had I done so, I would’ve known half the keys don’t work. Such a massive bummer.

Bought this as a gift for a grand child. Excited in making “music†and having an attached microphone. But broken not long after receiving due to child’s inability to use responsibly. Advice: consider age of child and whether they are responsible to care for a toy of this nature

Gave this to our daughter for her 4th birthday and she was very excited because Santa didn’t bring her this for Christmas which was 5 days before her birthday. The microphone doesn’t work! â˜¹ï¸ The excitement was short lived! Sent a message to the company and was told the microphone is quiet for safety reasons…..quiet is fine, not working is unacceptable! Only have a 4âï¸review because of the microphone issue!

I purchased this kids' electronic keyboard to prevent younger children from playing on my piano, as they tended to bang on it and drop small objects like paper clips and stickers between the keys. This compact kids' keyboard serves its purpose well. They can freely play and explore its features, including a small microphone that can be attached to the keyboard. However, being a toy for kids, the sound quality is poor, the microphone's pickup is weak (requiring you to cup your hands around it to focus your voice into the mic for better amplification), and the keys are designed for smaller hands. Additionally, I wish this keyboard had a headphone option, which unfortunately, it lacks. Despite these limitations, it effectively keeps them away from the piano, and considering its $20 price tag, it's a reasonable purchase.

The keyboard is cheaply made, the connecting port on the keyboard that connects the electrical wire has completely disappeared into the body of the keyboard on the first attempt to plug it in. I can literally hear the tiny piece rattle around in there.

I feel like it was worth the money. It did its job. I would say it is age appropriate for 4-8 years old. My daughter thought it was fun to play. It has lasted a year so I say it is durable.

Really cheap quality. It feels like it should be a $10 item, not 30. The cable from the microphone is very short and breaks easily. Charger cable broke in a few days (using batteries only now.) Sometimes it just stops working, wont trun on for a while... then, it magically works for a bit. Price simply does not match the quality.

This was a good product for the short time being having it, it eventually lost sound in the keys and the microphone wasn’t thoroughly sounding well unless you put your lips on the mic itself for it to sound anything.It’s not great when you have others wanting to play with the piano, because their lips would touch the surface of the mic which is unsanitary.It was disappointing to have the sound from the keys cut out after 2 months of use, and then there was no point after keeping it all.Disappointed, do not buy.
