Seems to be good quality, I bought one for our '16 traverse but couldn't get the threads started even though it's m12x1.75 I believe due to it's a slightly shorter length than the factory plug, so it won't work for your traverse. Look for a longer one. Comes with 3 copper crush washers, and the magnet is STRONG

Fit just like the original and the build quality seems very good. The magnet should keep any metal shavings from going back into the engine and possibly causing damage. Excelente value for the money

Did not seal well on my Silverado 1500 duramax and leaked.. had to do another immediate oil change and replace with GM plug. This $6 plug ended up costing me $85. Thanks a lot. Taught me a good lesson- no aftermarket for oil drain plugs

The original plug was completely rounded off and way too tight so I had to use a bolt extractor. I replaced it with this bolt and it fits perfectly. It’s a 17mm socket instead of the 15mm of the original, otherwise it’s very similar. The magnet seems to be very strong and the copper washer does not leak, I tightened it to the recommended 10 Nm.

It's allowing the oil to leak. Copper washers are not good enough for sealing. I ended up installing the old one again.
