This product is extremely low quality and falsely advertised. The photo this seller shows is not the same product I received. This is more like a bumpy soft pillow than a bolster for yoga. I would not recommend. You can see in the photo that there are so many creases. They didn’t even fill them

This is not a good pillow to use for downward dog. It is so soft and mushy— I can’t use it! —I’m so upset— they could give a very good description on these items!!! Soon I’ll going to shop elsewhere
