Very solid construction on these shears. Good hand grip, very sharp blades, and a cap/lid loosener built into the handles that works. You can spatchcock a turkey or chicken with ease using these shears.

Bought these in a rush to "Spatchcock" a turkey, and they worked perfect zipping through a turkey backbone like a hot knife through butter!!! Hopefully they stay sharp and last a Lifetime!!!!!Would recommend as they are built like a tank!!!

Got these to spatchcock our Thanksgiving bird and they did the trick on our 18 pounder with ease. Made cutting up a rotisserie chicken a lot faster too. I like the internal spring as opposed to an exposed one that others have.
