Now, I do not know how long this thing will last. I really do not.I owned it for a short time. This was a gift to my brother's wife who owns glasses.I figured that she could use something like it, since I have glasses and I hate cleaning it.Well, when you clean it with the wipes, it only spread the "gunk" into the crevice around the lens.Then you have the nose area getting full of oils which will dry up and look bad over time. Well, I didn't wear the glasses I had for years and then I tried wiping the nose area, the nose piece broke. So, I wore it anyways for certain things to see in perfect HD vision (lol). Well, my nose oils would just go on the metal.Anyways, long stupid story short, my glasses were extremely gross, regardless whether I clean them with anything or not.I bought this for her because it would take care of that issue AND since, she has jewelry, it can help aid with that too.I used my glasses in this along with my expensive ~$200 sunglasses made of real glass lens to test this thing with.I tried without any solution with my glasses. Well, oil doesn't get removed by vibration, but I see that it helped with certain things.I used a solution and wow. The first 3 mins removed pretty much everything. I put it in again for 3 mins because, it doesn't take long and,,,, why not? Anyways, after those two, my glasses appeared new and I removed the nose piece of the one that was still there, it looked new too. It was shocking. Brand new looking and no sign of being worn, except for the scratch I made many years ago. (I don't wear glasses)Then I used it on my sunglasss and it was perfect looking, no damage at all. The screws did not get loose either.I do not know how it'll do with jewelry, but she will tell me. I did this as a test to see if it was worth getting. If it didn't clean my glasses, I would probably have not given it to her since I hate giving junk as a gift.After using this, I kinda want to buy myself one too. But, I think I'll just borrow hers when I go there.Is it worth the money I spent on this?I believe so. I also believe that it'll clean the dirt from your rings with ease. And if you have it oily, you might want some solution on it.I actually bought this product, I didn't get it for free for an "honest review"

This works well with jewelry cleaner. I cleaned jewelry that had not been cleaned in years and the result was impressive. Everything came out cleaned and shiny. Be careful as some pieces may have the color fade if they are painted without a protective coating. This is not the fault of the cleaner, merely an observation. Good product.

I bought this machine at least ten years ago and it just crapped out today! Well, that's a pretty good track record so I'm going to order another one right away. Nice machine!

I was very skeptical about this jewelry cleaner, I did not believe it would clean my jewelry as well as other reviews claimed. I purchased it anyway thinking "something is better than nothing" and the price was affordable. Boy was I wrong! This machine did exactly what other reviews claimed! I bought this along with the Blitz jewelry cleaner and the blue cleaning/polishing cloth that Amazon recommends and together, they clean my jewelry better than I can imagine! It only takes three minutes and it is a very simple to use machine. We tried it with several jewelry ranging in "dirtiness". First up was my engagement ring that I've only had for a couple of months. I did not think it would make much of a difference since it didn't look that dirty to start off with, but i really did restore the shine! We also tried a filthy pandora bracelet that my sister had lost and later found burried in the depths of her closet. This bracelet had basically turned black with dirt and was sticky from all the chemicals we had previously tried using in attempts to clean it. After three cycles, her bracelet came out looking brand new! While the machine was going, you could literally see a "cloud" rising from the jewelry, which is all the dirt being released! If you do purchase this machine, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend investing in the Blitz cleaner and the polishing cloth... I don't think our results would have been this amazing had we used plain water. But the machine, the cleaner, and the cloth will bring new life to your jewelry. BUY THIS! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT AT ALL!

I ordered this with fairly low expectations of what it would achieve. I mean, it doesn't require any magical solution to clean your jewelry, so how could it possibly work well? I went to the jewellers last week and got a couple of items cleaned and was amazed at how they looked with a professional cleaning. I asked the jeweller if he thought this unit would work or if I'd try it once & return it and he basically said it would be junk and to just come back to them for cleaning. Well - this machine arrived last night so I tried it on a few other items. WOW. It worked just as well as the professional job by the jeweller!I would highly recommend this for cleaning gold and diamond jewelry to keep them looking brand new!This unit does not have a timer that can be set - I just ran it for 90 seconds with straight tap water, and it worked like a charm.

I do not like that it has a cord that is attached. It is very hard to empty. I bought this in me but I had a different one I was using so I only started using it about two weeks ago in October 2023 yesterday it started not to work already. I can’t return it because the time has passed so disappointed. I see now that they have a new improve model where you can actually set a time on it. I wish they would stand behind their product and send me one of these since the one I received is not good.

Got this as a gift for someone and they love it. We have used it on multiple pieces of jewelry and they all looked like new after! Some pieces required a few runs in the machine as they had not been cleaned in a long time. The instructions are clear and easy, it would be nice if it had a more detailed list of what can and cannot go into the machine.
