I love these things! Such an easy and effective solution. I wanted this to get my curtain out of the way temporarily when I needed to go in and out of my sliding door frequently, particularly while gardening. Especially when it’s windy. Only use occasionally so I didn’t want to bother with a tie back that needed anchoring into the wall. These are strong enough to hold back my sheers and also the heavier thermal drapes in front. They don’t look too cheap and are attractive enough for my limited needs. The cord that goes around the drapes is thick and sturdy. The cones containing the magnets are neatly wound with matching string. Only needed one but they come in a set. Nice to have a spare.

These tie backs are better then I expected. I love them. Each morning I open my curtains to let the light in and the tie backs make it so easy. Then at night I close the curtains to keep the light out. There is no struggle at all. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

These curtain tiebacks give a rather luxurious touch to the curtains. The magnetic fasteners are much easier than having to drill walls and add hooks etc.They are just the right length to keep my curtains pulled back to allow maximum light into the room. The tiebacks stay exactly where placed ( my curtains are quite substantial) ..they can be twisted twice or more if your curtains are of a more floaty nature ....I tried it on a gauze door curtain...it looked great.I recommend them.
