So much fun to use! beautiful to look at/magnetic feature is great/ just the right size ( not too big or too small). Don't know if I want to go back to standard black and white anymore. A really clever idea to stand out from the many other choices. My friend saw it and wanted me to order one so I just gave mine away and will get a new one for myself. It also worked great with my ESL conversation group as we looked at learning to play chess and made conversation around that theme. The little instruction sheet with the placement of the pieces in a graphic was a great intro for new English language learners to learn the pieces and their placement on the board.

Cute! The magnets hold well and the gold and silver is nice. Closes nicely and holds all the pieces inside. It’s nice for travel. We are returning it bc in the end we didn’t need it for our project.

Perfect Christmas gift for my daughter! They are beautiful and elegant. Small enough to bring with us everywhere we go, and big enough to be comfortable to move the pieces. I bought another for my mom! And if I need gifts for any other chess players, this will be my go to!

This chess set is really quite nice. The board and pieces are just right for playing a quick game at home or for traveling. We love to bring games with us when we travel and this one is excellent for that. The pieces are nice quality and have an upscale appearance. The magnetic base is strong enough to hold them on the board, but not prohibitive to movement when playing. When my wife first picked up a piece, she said "These aren't magnetic!", so I flipped the board upside down and showed her that they were. She was surprised!Overall quality appears to be really good. We will see how they stand up over time, but for now we are super happy with this set!

My son likes his little chess board. It’s his first board, so the convenient small board that Is magnetic and can hold the pieces when folded has been a wonderful experience. It clicks closed and holds well, I have no complaints. When choosing, a big deal to me was finding a board that the Knights looked cool or at least normal, not odd/ugly shaped like some other boards. I recommend. Great price. It’s a great travel board.

It’s small and so suitable for traveling but I don’t like the color. Silver and gold are not a good color for this material. It is not a fancy or luxury chess. It is made of plastic and gold and silver does not seem good on plastic. It would be better with black and white. But I like that it has a magnet and if accidentally something happened it doesn’t ruin your game.

Buen material y el acabado de cada pieza luce bastante bueno. A parte lo conseguà en una oferta y por lo mismo me dejó sorprendido.Para mi hijo de 7 años estuvo muy bien indicado.
