The mailbox was easy to install and was a good size. Looks really sleek outside the garage too. Could hold probably a week’s worth of mail and all those ads. The lid to lift up to unlock and get mail feels a bit sharp so I put a piece of painter’s tape over it (green line) so that the mail delivery person doesn’t get hurt putting our mail in. Problem solved.I had lost a key and needed 2 duplicates for me and tenant but local key shops or HD/Lowe’s couldn’t duplicate that key. So I contacted the seller to purchase additional keys. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to get me a set of keys. They even included an extra lockset with keys! All delivered quickly.Great customer service! Nice, roomy, sleek looking mailbox. I would purchase from seller again. I appreciate quality products backed by good customer service.

Mailbox was exactly the size as described. Metal appears to be of high-quality and the matte finish was lovely. Very happy. Great value for the price.
