I purchased these headphones 4 months ago, and they stopped working. I ordered a new ones, and contacted the company. almost immediately they answered, apologized and gave me credit for the ones i just ordered. In this day and age of online shopping you don’t expect to have your problems solved this quick. Mairdi’s customer service is fantastic, and very satisfying.

Do not purchase. I teach classes virtually and used this product daily for several weeks. This headset is a poor quality device for its cost. The microphone stopped working after only a few weeks of use. The headset catches and pulls my hair during use. The sound quality is nothing special. The noise cancellation is not adequate.

I have been using this headset for some months now at work. Now, I am not sure if what I hear from callers is the headset, or the software I use for the call, but, they say they can’t hear me sometimes, or I sound muffled, or like I am under water. Well, I am not a deep sea diver so there is that. Most of the time it works well. But there are lots of these comments I get from the callers. I might see if my office will invest in maybe a higher quality headset if so I will take these home since I bought it for myself anyway. Then I can use it on my home computer. Until then these do work. I do like that there are multiple connection types as well. I might try plugging it directly into the physical phone to see if that changes anything. If I do I will try to update if there is any change.

After my wife couldn't hear the customer's voice I requested to return the item. But my wife liked this item because it is very comfortable to use. She read the instruction and connected a jack and it works very well.
