I like this product. Still trying to figure out how to make the headphone pick up the ringing through the head set not on the actual phone. This is a feature I really would have appreciate.

The headset transitions very well between my phone, teams and zoom calls. I love that it mute when you put the mic in the up position. Best product ever while I work!!

This is rated MS Teams compatible headset and it works seamlessly with MS Teams. The mute button on the headset activates the mute on the Teams app and you can see that you are muted while on a video call or meeting. Several people in my meetings commented that the audio was amazing (compared with my other headset). There is a TEAMS button on the base so you can answer calls and hang up from the base unit or use the buttons built into the headset. I've been on 9 hrs of meetings some days and the battery lasts the whole day. Recharge at night and you're ready to go the next day.The only thing I'd like to see is MUTE button on the base.

Works great! 8x8 users beware! Not supported by 8x8 work, EHS adapters must work with your office phones in order to enable call control from headset. Calls must be manually answered from soft phone. Kinda still happy with the wireless freedom, long range and excellent battery life. Don’t bother with busy light add on if 8x8 is your platform either.

C’est le 2e casque que j’ai acheté. Le premier fonctionne bien, le 2e est défectueux et il n’y a aucun son lorsqu’on décroche le combiné.IL EST IMPOSSIBLE DE SE FAIRE REMBOURSER! Aucun retour.C’est très très décevant

After few months it gave me some issues. The mute wasn't working properly and neither was the function of picking Cals while pressing button at head set. But came back to.normal again after few days. Not sure if an update was required or not.
