I am a service advisor at a heavy duty truck dealership, so naturally I spend a majority of my time on the phone and because of this, I developed really bad neck pain from having to hold the phone with my shoulder to keep my hands free. After starting to use this headset for every phone call, my neck pain has become non-existent. 100% worth it and an inexpensive hands free phone option.

Just needed a simple headset to go hands free. The mic adjustment is a lil hanky, and the sound quality isn't the greatest but it's fine for my needs. I'm not on the phone for extended periods of time.

Make sure u try BOTH adapters if you get no sound or audio feedback from mic. Do a test call to make sure u can hear yourself. If not, try the other adapter! This should work fine.
