This works great. Can get the mail at my front door while on a zoom call. Haven't tried to go too far away from the base but really happy to not be tethered to the computer. You do have to upload software to your computer.

I use this in the office daily, and for the most part, it’s great. If I am on the phone continually, I only get about 4 hours of battery. I have to hang it up regularly to prevent it dying while on important calls.Otherwise, great sound quality, others can hear me clearly, and has great range.

The image accurately represents the product.The Yealink DECT Wireless Headset WH63 has been a disappointment. Despite its advertised noise-canceling mic and seamless connectivity, the audio quality is subpar, with frequent dropouts and static. The headset is uncomfortable for extended wear, and the battery life is far shorter than claimed. Additionally, the setup process is overly complicated, and customer support is unresponsive. Overall, this headset fails to meet basic expectations for a professional office environment.I do not recommend this product.

The Yealink DECT Wireless Headset WH63 is a great choice if you need a reliable, comfortable headset for work. I love how it’s designed for all-day wear—it’s lightweight and the single-ear style keeps me aware of my surroundings while I’m on calls. The noise-canceling mic really makes a difference, especially during busy days in the office, as it ensures clear audio without distractions.I’ve used it with Zoom, Teams, and my desk phone, and it works perfectly with all of them. The wireless connection is strong, so I don’t have to worry about being tethered to my desk, which is really convenient for walking around or multitasking. Plus, it’s Teams Certified, so setting it up was a breeze. Overall, I’m impressed with the performance and comfort, and it’s definitely helped improve my productivity. I am so dissatisfied with the Yealink. I lost a customer because the headset kept muting every time I stopped talking to listen to my customers the Yealink would mute and sometimes go in and out of mute until I disconnected it. The worst headset I have ever used. Not worth the money I spent and now you couldn’t give it to me free because it’s awful.

Sometimes I am on a constant stream of conference and video calls, this headset really makes it easier to get through the day. The sound is excellent and it is lightweight - so I hardly notice I am wearing it. This is the third product I have ordered from Yealink and I have found all three to be excellent.
