This is the 4th or 5th one that I have bought, I've lost one, submerged one and decided to just get a second one for emergencies. I would recommend this Bluetooth to everyone, the sound is loud and clear and I believe it's the best I've ever owned.

I work from home and bought this to use for work. The mute button doesn't work when I use it for the computer. It does work for my phone though. It's definitely a great sound quality for me and my caller. I'm keeping it for personal use because it's great for that.

I have had Plantronics Voyager headsets for my last 3 headsets - the battery life was wonderful. Plantronics merged with Poly and I found myself in need of another. I bought this one with the same high expectations the others met. What a huge disappointment. This headset doesn't last if you're a talker. It's also difficult to get the charging cord into it. Wish I would have tried something else. UPDATE: I received this in late January and it is complete and utter garbage. Plantronics did themselves a real disservice by pairing up with Poly. I promise that I will never purchase from them again. The battery life has gotten even shorter and I went to plug it in day before yesterday and the charging port now has a short in it which means in order to keep using it I'll have to buy a case. Buyer beware!! Garbage from the start.

Sounds great but short battery life, after a full charge only has 5 hours of talk time.

Bought 3 for Xmas gifts for son, his wife & teenage dtr. They love them! Quality much better than previous ones they had. Spend a little extra and you get a good product. So glad I bought these.

First I want to say the packaging was very nice. Normally I get a brown box no directions. The packaging was so nice until I’m sure that increased the price point. I was a little scared of the hook because some of the plastic hooks hurt my ear clavicle & I would have to take on & off throughout my day. This one was very comfortable. The sound was crisp & crystal clear. I loved the locations of the volume up & down & on & off button too. The mouth peace was not too long & did not get in way of hair. The cons are it did not come with case & I had to purchase separately. I only brought the case because I hated the ittty bitty rubber piece that covered the charging port that I had to google to find. I had to constantly get tooth picks to open to charge it. You could probably cut it off but I didn’t. Lastly I’m on the go or moving all day & need more than the 7 hours this device gives & it really did not say how much stand by time but I’d say about 7-8 hours. I can’t be recharging all day case or no case. I was a bit confused on how to disconnect from calls. While it does announce calls which was not a selling point for me because it did not matter to me but the directions were not clear on how to answer or hang up calls. I had to google to even find the call/hang up button. When I found it, it did not operate by a push of the finger but more of a touch, which left be wondering if I hung up my calls or not. All in all it’s a great device but depends on your life style. I like technology but sometimes manufacturers can some times make such a small device too complicated or too much work. I just want to put it on connect to 1-2 devices for at least 11 hours. I will be returning this device & getting the Jabra talk 65 mono where I get more talk time which was the most important selling priority for me & I will get the same comfortable ear piece as the 5200. Been a platronics fan/purchaser for years & I hope POLY(new name) fine tunes newer products Cz I’d be more then willing to go back.

I've had this same product for years. I snapped the stem by accident. I bought the refurbished one and had a problem that the company resolved immediately. I highly recommend the company!

I bought one of these at Fry's Electronics years ago. Just bought a new one because the original melted at the charge port. The new one charges differently, not plugged in. But it does have that port JIC. It will pair 2 different phones at the same time or a phone and something else. That's the reason I bought it in the first place, able to pair 2 phones. Good quality.

Update: They were good on their warranty, and just received the replacement unit an hour ago. Thank you, Plantronics (Poly).-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I've had this unit for approx. 6 weeks, and the cheap plastic swivel joint on the headset broke, and the ear piece/ mic is almost dangling and flops around. Pathetic quality from a once great company. This is the 3rd unit I've purchased, and perhaps the last one.Let's see if they honour their warranty! This review may get updated.

Sehr gutes Gerät. Benutze es mit den Sony xperia xz2 und läuft einwandfrei. Gespräche deutlich zu hören, der Anrufer kann mich auch gut verstehen zammt das rauschen vom Fahrzeug. Bin sehr zufrieden.Negativ.: als berufsfahrer hebt der Akku nur ein Tag. Der nicht viel Telefoniert kommt auch zwei Tage aus mit Akku ohne aufladen.

good on receipt, but stops working in 5 months. Thanks to Amazon Customer Services - they have resolved the issue with warranty claim in promp manner.
