I was having problems with my neck and shoulder from holding my work phone between my head and shoulder so the doc suggested I use a headset. I’m a dispatcher so I’m on the phone all day long and having to take notes. This headset immediately helped improve that! The headset is comfortable and the voices are clear. I liked it so much that a coworker bought the same one and he loves it too.

I have only had the headset one day. So far it works great. Caller/receiver can hear well without having to speak loudly; no feedback noises. The headset was extremely easy to install. It fits comfortably over the head and can be adjusted if needed. The ear piece fits over the ear comfortably because its soft with rotating capability. It also has a security clip as well. Although, the headset is not wireless, it has enough extension to move around at your desk without getting in the way. Plus it has an easy disconnect if you don't want to remove from head when walking away from your desk. No problem using with my VVX 101 Polycom phone.

This headset is really great! I manage a call center, and we've been using a Plantronics Headset. We had been getting complaints that people could here an echo when talking to us. So I did some research, came across this headset and decided to give it a try. This one sounds very clear, and I've had no complaints about an echo whatsoever. The only reason I haven't given this a 5-star rating is because when talking to someone in our office over the phone, they can hear a buzz. On the same call I've switched between this headset and the Plantronics one, and this one has a low buzz, while the Plantronics has an echo. Overall, we decided the low buzzing sound was far less noticeable and distracting than the echo.

I have purchased cheaper headsets that have lasted me for 5 years or more and when I say cheap I mean under $20. I decided to buy this one since it was more expensive and barely a year into it it started glitching and by a year and half into it it was dead. I wouldn't even bother with buying the protection because it'll probably work long enough for your protection to expire then you're stuck with a piece of junk. NOT GOOD.

I did my research on the best single ear noise canceling headsets. I spend at least 2-3 hours on conference calls each day. I found this product (TruVoice HD-500 Deluxe). It is comfortable to wear, crisp sound, and I like the fact that I can unplug from the cord to grab something I need, without taking off the headset, and plug back in with ease. I would highly recommend the product.

Really nice headset for the money. Nice and light. Great fidelity.Still sounds great, but after using it for a few weeks, the headband broke. Fixed it with duct tape. TruVoice has a new line made of aluminum. A bit more expensive but you might want to spring for that.Update: I called TruVoice and they replaced the headset with a better model. No extra charge. Great service.

headset im büro genutzt; nach 11 Monaten Störgeräusche (Rauschen) und Unterbrechungen für Gesprächspartner. Kein Ersatz möglich, da aus Sortiment genommen. Nicht befriedigend.

Produit parfait, bonne qualité, très facile d'installation. Aucun écho ou bruit de fond. Le son est clair, aucune impression de parler avec quelqu'un qui semble très loin.
