The sound quality in these are great and the headset is comfortable but MAKE SURE you read the model numbers it is compatible with. Don't make the mistake of just buying without reading. My wife loves them.

I use a Mitel brand phone at work and I was getting tired of having to hold the handset while trying to complete some tasks. I did some searching around and landed on this little guy. I was worried it would not be compatible, but it fit right into the port on the back of my phone. It has a pretty long cord which allows me to walk about 6' from my desk. I do find that it does fit comfortably and is easy to use with left or right ear because the microphone does move backwards or forwards. The first time I used this headset, the person on the other line asked why I sounded different. I asked the person if it was bad and she let me know that I sounded clearer with these headphones. I am very pleased with the quality and do recommend this product.

I have an in-ear hearing aid and cannot use Bluetooth earbuds so I prefer simple wired over the head (dual ear) headsets. This one is of good quality, clear sound and works well with my hearing aid. Cable is flexible, plug and the connection to the head piece are pretty solid. Volume control and the push button that answers/hangs up phone and start/stops audio players can be a bit hard to find at times and even more so with gloved hands. All in all happy with the headset and recommend it. Way better than the junk sold as the Walmarts of the world for sure.

I tried this single sided phone headset with microphone for the first time today and I absolutely love it. I plugged it into the slot on the back of my office phone and it worked! It's very simple to use. The sound quality is quite good. No one I spoke to on the phone complained, which is good. Will definitely buy again if needed!
