The first one that I had bought went south real quick within the first month. The second one that was sent to me has been working like a champ ever since. Sometimes you get good one. Sometimes you get bad ones. Just give it a chance.

this has been a staple product in my business for years. range is good, battery life is varied on use, set-up is relatively easy and the refurbished price was right. if you are purchasing for the first time be sure to buy the product that is bundled to include all of the necessary pieces out of the box. the only drawbacks are the need to be near attached phone to place hold calls.

The audio is very clear, and the listener can also hear very well. The buttons are all functional and there were no scratches or marks on the receiver or the earpiece. Very satisfied. Would have liked it to come with a couple of removable earpiece inserts as opposed to purchasing those separately.

Cs530 headset was nice but the sound quality was trash, bought this one because I thought it would be similar to the Plantronics voyager legend I love so much but can't use with my office phone. The cs530 is hollow and not clear, took 5 or 6 calls with it and has to change back to my wired headset. The best I can describe the sound quality is tinny, for the price I expected the sound to be amazing. Plus the feedback from the mic in my ear would adjust and be ok then go back to lots of feedback and so on.
