When I got this product at first I thought it was perfect, but then….The adapter started to give me problems, I had to turn off my work phone and reset and go back online (which takes 10 mins) and then it would work fine. I’ve had 2 other brands headsets before (Jabra & Plantronics) from different sellers and this was never a problem before but this headset started to give me issues. And then recently the cx have been complaining that they can’t hear me now, my mic sounds very staticky. I’ve only had this headset for 2 months….. bummer. Not worth the price.

I liked this product initially. It’s lightweight, the battery life seems great, the audio quality was excellent. My one gripe is that switching between phone audio and computer audio does not happen immediately. You push the button to switch and it won’t work until several minutes later. It’s very annoying and makes it impractical for an office environment.

Everything is good but it takes forever to switch from the PC to Phone mode. My boss expects us to answer on the first ring and it is not possible if you are in PC mode as it takes like 10 seconds to switch. By that time my boss is on my A$$! Also tried answering using the Ring Central app on the PC but the music keeps playing while on the call! Stupid!Forced to unplug it from my PC in order to be able to answer fast enough, sad.
